Stak is building a launchpad for Flying ICOs, DATs, and SPAVs. It uses semi-redeemable vaults that implement offers which fit between redeemable pools, and non-redeemable funding.

Our mission is to deliver deals that are better for buyers. They improve on TradFi alternatives with lower costs, higher liquidity, faster action, and greater transparency.

Stak builds on top of yield vaults. Yield vaults use programmed custody, mandate enforcement, and transparency to improve on manually-administered money market products. They are attracting institutional depositors. They are a success story in the long journey to add tokenization and automation to mainstream financial markets.
